…. of course I thought to put my name in the list too but then I
thought it would be too much :D. BTW there is nothing in the world you
can do
so who knows one day I would be standing in some championship :D. Any
ways here I will be discussing some serious tips to for the very
beginner, who has just joined a body building gym or wants to join so.
Two main things you have to consider, no matter if you are working out
or you are even if you aren’t, i.e. eat and sleep. Eat healthy, increase
your meal intake and have an at least 7 hr good sleep.
